Are the physical products?

No. All Si & Co. products are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped to you.

How will I receive my files?

After your purchase is completed, you'll receive access to download your digital files. Your order may include Excel spreadsheets, PDF documents, and/or a ZIP folder containing mutiple files.

What do I need to use the spreadsheets?

Our spreadsheet tools are provided as .xlsx files and work best with Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software. Some formatting or features may vary depending on the program used.

Can I customize the templates for my business?

Yes! The templates are designed for you to add your own business information and use them as part of your everyday workflow.

Can I resell or share the files?

No. Your purchase is for use by you and your business. Si & Co. products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared, or represented as your own products.

Do you offer refunds?

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot practically be returned, purchases are generally final once the files have been delivered. If you experience a problem accessing or using your files, please contact us so we can help. This does not affect any refund or remedy required by applicable law.

Are the accounting, tax, legal, or financial tools?

Si & Co. products are designed for general business organization and informational purposes only. They are not substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, financial, privacy, or compliance advice.
